Competitive Research: Identifying, analyzing, and monitoring competitors and market trends.
Automated Battle Cards: Providing real-time updates on competitors to enhance sales strategies.
Centralized Knowledge Base: Aggregating and organizing competitive insights from various sources.
Proactive Competitive Alerts: Tracking changes in competitor strategies, pricing, and product offerings.
3. Eligibility
Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to access or use the Service.
Authority: If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
4. User Accounts
Account Creation: Certain features of the Service may require creating an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and update it as needed.
Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of security.

User-Generated Content
You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to any content that you submit to or through the Service.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display any content you submit in connection with operating or improving the Service. You retain ownership of your content.
If you upload any confidential or third-party data, you agree that you are solely responsible for compliance with all relevant privacy, confidentiality, and intellectual property laws.

7. Fees and Payments
Trial Period: We offer a free trial period of 14 days for new users. During this period, you can access and use the Service at no cost. After the trial period ends, continued access to paid features will require a subscription or payment as per our pricing plans.
Subscription & Fees: Some features may require payment. By subscribing or making a purchase, you agree to pay all applicable fees.
Pricing Changes: We may change our pricing at any time. Your continued use after such changes implies acceptance.
Refunds: Unless otherwise stated in a separate refund policy, all payments are final and non-refundable. However, in cases of service failure due to technical issues caused by us, we may consider refunds at our discretion.
8. Limitation of Liability
Indirect or Consequential Damages: Trissino Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Cap on Liability: In no event shall Trissino Inc.’s total liability exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
Venue: All disputes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis, waiving any right to participate in a class action.
