Trissino Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a Delaware corporation headquartered in California, is committed to protecting personal data transferred from the European Union (EU), the United Kingdom (UK), and Switzerland to the United States.

Although we have not yet certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF), the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, or the Swiss-U.S. DPF, we are currently **evaluating the requirements** and preparing our internal policies for future participation.

We aim to align our practices with the DPF Principles regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the EU, UK, and Switzerland to the United States.
